While it is true that every manufacturer should strive to produce the safest equipment possible the ultimate resposibility for using the product as safely as possible remains with the user. No manufacturer should be held responsible for any unsafe actions taken by the user.

Remember the adage, if you build something that is "IDIOT PROOF", sooner or later, a better idiot will come along.
Finally and seriously ... does anyone doubt that there are people who would gladly cut off a finger for a million dollars?
