I think it is important to understand that not all high quality furniture produced in the preceding centuries came from Boston or Philly. Many great works came form rural areas and small cabinet shops. Although 'country' furniture was at one time considered unsophisticated, its popularity has seen a resurgence and any book that contributes to this is a wonderful addition to anyones library!
