I am a liscensed architect in Springfield, Missouri. Educated at Drury University with a minor in studio art. Extensive experience in all things related to visual arts including sculpture, drawing / painting, airbrush art, ceramics, photography and digital art, as well as, of course, wood and metal working. Also have a large background in computer / networking.
Wood and metal working for me are largely a creative outlet for my experimental furniture designs. The biggest of which is my love for modern art grandfather clock designs. To the best of my knowledge I am the only one doing these and I would ultimately like to do it professionally.

Re: The ICON
Thanks for the comments guys. Yes, everything you see was developed by me. I actually did contract with a software company in Michigan for the base software that runs in the background but, I did all the graphics and programming to tie it all together. The clock face was "built" in Bryce 6 (3D terrain mapping software) and then fine tuned in Photoshop CS3. The hands were done in the same manner and made functional with Basic programming language. Probably sounds kind of complicated but, it's not as bad as you might think. The end result is easy enough to use that my kids love it and use it all the time. Thanks!
