Well, I'm certainly jealous of all that natural light and high ceilings. Nice look and great access it looks like too.

I read the comments posted here and agree with almost all of them but its an even simpler solution that we need. Stop permitting these type of idiotic lawsuits. It helps no one except a minority of lawyers who will bring these cases and their greedy clients.

As nearly everyone points out these types of lawsuits cause the rest of us to pay higher prices for everything!
