Shortly after I started at the magazine, I took a basic woodworking course and then a weeklong class in turning. I loved turning so much I bought a minilathe, though I havent had much time to use it. Woodsmithy: A woodworker who likes Westies -- the perfect combination! But you are right, they are not good at staying out of trouble. When I worked at the newspaper, I used to bring my two Westies to work with me, but they always ended up in the press room, covered with ink.
