I would like to know if he wacked his thumb with a hammer while trying to set a nail would he sue the manufacture of the hammer for negligence. Only in the United States.Land of the free and home of the lawsuites.

I am building a new house and it won't be ready till Febuary It will have about a 1500 sq ft basement so all I want for Chrismas is that the wife does not take 1450 sq ft for herself. Happy holidays too all.
