G'day,

In my view, any rule should include the possibility
of retro-fitting existing saws. Otherwise, the cost
to the woodworking industry will be astronomical
given that any saw without the technology will be
obsolete. In fact, to avoid legal issues, I will
add my existing expensive saw to the landfill or recycle it
with a metal recycler before selling it.

Given that my daughter has a 100 year old house and is
furnishing it in early American, the book would be a
valuable addition to our collection.
