an absolutely beautiful design, excellent choice of species, the woods compliment each other very well and the craftsmanship is very professional. Certain to be a valued and admired piece at WWU for years to come.

You certainly accomplished your goals for this piece, Robert. This is an excellent design with outstanding workmanship. I love the contrast between the natural wood top and the ebonized support. And marble wedges, too! Great mix of media.

Very nice work. I really like the color and the design. Did you use a stain? What did you use for finish? What are the dimensions?
