Seems to me he wasn't paying attention to his work. All of us who work with woodworking machinery have known, will know, or will learn. some of us more quickly than others.
this guy didnt learn quickly enough.
I feel sorry for anyone who is hurt with this equipment, but it seems to me if he were so conserned with his safety he would have gotten one of the new soft tissue guards.
Just my 2 cents worth.
