I like the carvings on the lid and down the front.i was trying something similar.Oak leaves on a oak box.Well done on your box.

thanks for the feedback on my entry.I only wish i could get a better pic of the box the black ebony is really hard to capture with my camera.The sheen is really like wet tar.thanks again. andrew
