Re: Free Plan: Build a Rustic Chicken Coop
Hi David,
posted: 12:55 pm on September 21stI am presuming this is your plan, so I have a question. It seems like the nesting area is tight for so many chickens. How has it worked out so far?
Do you put some bedding (straw?) in for the nesting area?
Putting the wheel structure in place each time looks like you have to lift one end and scoot the axle underneath. Have you modified this to make it easier for a one person operation?
Thank you,
VN
Re: Poll: What accessories, jigs, and shop gear are on your holiday wish list?
Our local community college's most excellent woodworking program is on the block due to California's dismal economy. What I want is for the program to be maintained and even grow. Sierra College, Rocklin California. (see youtube.com under valleynative)

However, if Santa listened and was able, he'd send me a Bench Dog cast iron router top to replace the right side extension on my Unisaw. I could then eliminate the stand-alone table and get both cars back in the garage - which would make my husband very happy.
