Stand for weather station

This stand, for a 60's German 'Sputnik' weather station, is made from black walnut, wenge and ebony, with an inlay of sterling silver.Finished in boiled linseed oil, shellac and beeswax.

This jewelry box was made as a present for my sister in law. It's made from African mahogany, with the decoration in ebony and sterling silver. The finish is shellac and beeswax.

Thank you for your kind words.

As a guide, the dimensions that I used for the panels were: width 9" (top) 6" (bottom) (not including the part of the panels that are set into the corner pieces), height 15 1/4" and thickness 1/2".
