There is plenty of blame to go around. The "boss" who likely didn't take the time to be certain his instructions were understood, the worker that likely didn't understand english, the attorney that represented the tool, the judge that allowed the case to proceed to such a lofty place and the court of common sense. I read this article and it sounded so stupid I thought it was made up. What happened to reason and taking responsibility for your own safety???
