Re: Stickley Dining Room Table & Chairs
I really like the chair design. I am completing a custom-designed dining table and am in the process of trying to design the chairs. In a related post (http://www.finewoodworking.com/item/22113/free-plan-arts-and-crafts-inspired-chair) you provided a link to this posting and stated that you were in the process of documenting this in Google SketchUp. Did you ever complete that process? Did you ever post it to the warehouse?

Do I need to provide lumbar support and have the back curve into the seat and then curve back? Do I just need to curve the back but it can be completely straight but at an angle? Are the mesh constructed seat cushions more comfortable than normal foam?
I read your profile and while I am not a professional, I share your "mantra" of "if it won't last a 100 years, don't build it." Any assistance or guidance that you could provide would be invaluable.
Thanks,
