Re: Jordon's jewlrey box

Just found your jewelry box. Very, very fine. Can you tell us where you got the hardware, hooks, elastic bagging, or brass bars for necklaces, etc. that are often part of these fine boxes?

Re: 3 Outdoor Chairs

Michael Fortune's got a real winner with this chair. I wish there was a more complete plan for this chair. I am new to wood bending, but plan to make a couple of these if I can figure it out. Thanks for a great design.

Re: Hand Plane Chest

Great looking chest...good design and tight fit as well.
Keep up the good work. I just started a set of old Stanley planes for my shop, but need a cabinet or case for them, too. You give me some good ideas. Thanks for sharing.

Re: BRONZE SMOOTHER WITH COCOBOLO INFILL

How in the world did you do a bronze casting? I wish I was a metalsmith/woodworker, too! That's a great looking plane and I be it works great too.

Re: Infill Smoothing Plane

Mighty Fine!!! I'm just learning to use planes, and they are great. Wow, if I could actually make a great plane like that one....what a fine job you did. My hat's off to you!

Re: Norm Abram at Old Sturbridge Village

As a pharmacist nearing retirement I'm sad too see you leave the workshop, but I like the idea of you doing what you really want to do. I worry about all the young guys and gals who will miss out on you great experience and teaching ability. Maybe it's time to library all the woodworking into complete libraries, for schools and colleges, etc..
Anyway, all the best to the best example we could have had all these years.
