I agree with the majority...one must be responsible for one's own actions (or inactions). I've even heard of a more obsene lawsuit where an individual used a gas powered rotary lawn mower to trim hedges. He lost his hand. He however won a $10 million dollar lawsuit. The reason being, there was NOT a "WARNING" stating not to use the lawn mower to trim hedges. Our "Legal" system has NOTHING to do with "Justice". Can I sue an auto manufacturer of a compact car for not having the foresight to add sufficient weight and mass to win in a collision with a full sized SUV or pick-up truck?
