I think that this stinks real bad whos fault is it that he did not go and get the Delta that has this and I read a piece the other day that says their are 50 more cases to come to trail yet so what is going to happen to the woodworking industry if every time someone gets cut on a saw is it going to be like this. What about all the skillsaws and bandsaws that are out there? We had a discussion about this at our last woodworkers meeting and we are going to send a letter I dont know where yet because 1 of our members is trying to find the best place to send it we are all going to sign it. This is an unjust to Ryobi and I think it should stop here and now. James
