I agree 100% with amorris101 and the others who support regulation. Without it, the snake oil salesmen and con men would have a field day. At least with regulation they can be caught and stopped. Regulation is not perfect, a reflection of the human condition. Yet it does work most of the time. Like taxes, it is the price we pay for living in a civilized society of 300+ million. I support the California effort!
