Very impressive work. I would recommend that you go ahead and tackle turning the pieces if you haven't already. The ones I did for my set were my first ever turning attempts and once you get the techniques down its really a lot of fun and rewarding as well. You've still got a beautiful table either way.

Yes I do play, my father taught me how when I was younger and the set I made was a christmas gift for him this year.

Wow. I know it says you made this ten years ago but I'm seeing this table for the first time today and let me say it is some amazing work of art my friend. Your work inspires me to keep on trying, and yet at the same time humbles me. Great job. Looks perfect.
