Kinokuniya Singapore Workbench in pine Copy a chair Cupboard Planes, planes and more planes
Always appealing to win a woodworking book. But there is the shelf in front of me with all the other books not finished, the workshop full of projects to complete (or discard...) and the kids to help first. So if this entry happens to be chosen, please send my copy to Lazarus in Blackball. He sounds like he's ready to do something great with it !
Let me sit down for this... .
Ideal to turn some of that garage filling wood into family gifts ...
Nice one. How did you achieve that finish, or is the wood grey throughout ?
As I'm having to do woodwork in a house with no electricity, this looks like a perfect fit ;)
Nothing but good memories from starting with this - and having fun telling people about this fascinating product. My skill is still far from perfect though, and always eager to learn better ways.
Just finished my first bandsawn box, and learned a lot. How to put your bandsaw blade on backwards (or is it inside out ?), how to lose small pieces in the wide kerf of the factory insert, how to make wavy resaw cuts (unintended), how to play razorboy when unpacking a coiled new blade... . Hope you understand why all education is going to be helpful !
I've got some birthday luck left...
I'll take it - but hide it in the stack for a while or someone else in this house will want to rearrange the planning once more... .
