Re: UPDATE: A Lesson Plan for Wood Turning by James Rodgers

I learned turning as a teenager by trial and error. I'm older by 50 years, and wiser now, I hope, and haven't turned since those early days. My untried "new" lathe, inherited from an old furniture-maker, awaits, but I want to do things right this time. I'd love to have this book to help me do that.

Inlay is precise work. Intarsia can take that to the extreme. It is fascinating and beautiful.
