I loved the video series; imagining where I might put such a piece in our house. Tangential question: I thought I noticed that your table saw out feed is your workbench; is that correct? I have a small workspace, want to build a bench and need out feed for my saw. Are you content with your setup? What are the pros and cons or what would you design differently about your workbench to optimize it since it doubles as your tablesaw out feed? Please forgive the question if I am mistaken.

Re: UPDATE: Fine Woodworking Best Workbenches from the editors of Fine Woodworking and a special magazine issue, Workbenches.
Building a workbench, especially your first, is a special project because, having never had one specifically for your own space, your own use, and your developing skills, everything seems like a potential variable to tweak. For instance, I've never seen any commentary specifically about the pros and cons of using a workbench/table saw out feed combo. I can imagine so of the issues, but I've never read anything by anyone who uses such a set up or tried it (though I noticed mike pecovich uses does). I've got a very small space and such a set up is therefore intriguing.
