Is the same person who sued Mcdonalds for getting burnt with "HOT" coffee? Come on people, there are some things that are just inherently dangerous. Maybe the company that made the saw should sue him for trying to cut his fingers instead of the wood that the saw was made for. This law suit thing has definitely gotten out of hand.
