Can't add anything to Dana W's comment. My take - Ryobi hired an incompetent lawyer. One anticipates the first lawsuit against SawStop when a hemophiliac is encouraged to take up woodworking because it's now Perfectly Safe, and bleeds out from that 1/8" deep cut.
