I've whittled toothpicks and hot dog skewers as a Boy Scout, chiseled a rough human form out of a block of plaster in college, but I've never carved anything more than my initials into wood. I'm ready, bring it on, give me these books so I can become an accomplished wood carver.

I use my garage for woodworking but it is hardly set up as a shop. I want to get it arranged into an efficiently organized and comfortable place to work. So I hope this book will help me achieve that goal.
