Working Wood: The Music Video

Video Length: 1:14
Produced by: Tom Fidgen
The top of this video was shot at a local saw mill here in Ontario. It's kind of a walk down through the life of a piece of wood, from tree, to saw mill and finally to a wood shop- my woodshop in this case. In case my pronunciation is bad...here are the lyrics so you can sing along at home! (just kidding)
'working wood'
finger joint and dovetail went out walkin' through the wood...
cursing all the alders!
"ain't no crows feet over here boys..."
plane the grain through tapered flame
cathedrals in the aspen
working wood like joseph could, communion in the end grain chamfer down...
unplugg the drill and wrap your hand around the word of working man
'round the word of working man...
Editor's note: Don't miss the first Tom Fidgen music video that we featured on GlueTube last year.
