Artist's Paintbrush Boxes
comments (1) March 7th, 2009 in Reader's Gallery
Our son, an artist, was splitting firewood when he spotted some pretty grained oak. I saved the pieces and used that wood to make him these two paintbrush boxes. Construction is dovetailed and mortice and tenon. The lids are friction fit. Boxes are approximately 16" long. Deisgn is similar to something I saw in a magazine many years ago.
Design or Plan used: My own design
