I made this for an art show about five years ago.  It was supposed to be a man's jewelry box, but my wife liked it and still uses it.  I used a leather strap for a lid stop.  The top is laminated out of Black Walnut, Purple Heart and Oregon Myrtlewood.  It measures14 x 9 x 6 and the tray is made out of Purple Heart.
