Sides are mahogany with mitered corners reinforced with thin veneer. Mahogany is from an old boat. Top & pull is from an old dogwood my father needed to cut down. Top is bookmatched. The few dogwood logs that were salvagable air-dried for a couple years, then were split, draw-knifed to rough flatness, planed & scraped. No machines for me.
