In addition there are 36 spool holders, containers for hooks, and a tool holder. The case has handdrawn, woodburned and painted scenes on front doors, back, and drop down table. The table is 3/8 baltic birch plywood bordered in sapele heartwood with sapele sapwood inlay. The doors and drop down table have continuous brass hinges, and two brass catches. The leather handle has a fly embrossed pattern.
