Solid curly makore wood with slightly curly maple veneer panels. Blackwood accents. Makore is a stunning but highly allergic wood to work with in my case....never again!! Compound mitered corners were fun as was the overall joinery. It has a tung oil base, rubbed out shellac finish 6 coats, and a coat of paste wax. Inside was prefinshed before putting the box together. Hope you like it, enjoy.

Design or Plan used: Unknown. I had a picture of something similiar I found on the internet on my computer for awhile, thanks to the original designer.

Thanks again,

Paul
