Walnut Table
comments (1) October 14th, 2012 in Reader's Gallery
Solid walnut table with maple bow tie. I made this table with all hand cut tenon and lots of chisel work for the mortise. I had never done tenon and mortis and my chisels were whack. In the process of the tenon cutting on the table pieces I cut my finger pretty good, requiring three stitches to stop the bleeding. Thats what gave me the inspiration for picture 3.
Hope you enjoy; I did making it!
