This sculpted coffee table was designed by me but heavily influenced by the design ideas of Sam Maloof. Built from solid Walnut, all joints have been reinforced with internal screws and dowels. The legs and table support have been sculpted into a main center post attached with a stretcher for strength and shaped for smooth flowing lines.

The top on this table has been re-sawn from a beautiful piece of Canadian Black Walnut with a live edge and beautiful grain patterns with some curl.

Features:

- Sculpted trestle

- Maloof Joinery

- Live edge bookmatched curly walnut top

- Removable top

- Dimensions - Length 49'' - Width 30'' - Height 17''

You can have a look at my youtube page, I have various videos of my woodworking.

We build all of our furniture by hand one at a time in my one person shop, located just west of Toronto, Canada. To view more detailed pictures or to view other work, please visit my Custom wooden rocking chair site.
