Tearing off, in the rain . . . This was pretty touch and go, and honestly didnt make sense at times.
New framing, in the rain . . . Learning experience here. The old Audels guides are awesome resources.
Collar ties, in the rain . . . From 90 year old 2x4 w/ no ties to 2x8 rafters and 2x6 collars, roof should now easily take insulation, venting, and sheet rock without serious loss of head room.
Sweeping up during a break in the rain. Went from original cedar T&G beadboard on one side and improperly installed plywood on the otherside to 5/8 OSB.
Weather tight with just a few details to clean up at the ridge and rake ends. Dry and ready for the next big project . . . POWER!

I know there are parts of the country who would give their eye teeth for rain, so I have a suggestion; tear the roof off of your garage/barn/shop/house/shed/outhouse/chicken coop. This is my future shop, detached 12x21ft garage, with about 11x18 useable interior space. Roof and frame off, frame and roof on to set the structure up for electric, insulation and sheet rock . . .

Krenov horses have come in handy repeatedly! Looking forward to running power out in the spring and then finishing up the walls and ceiling with insulation and drywall. Until then, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
