Cherry Slab Bench
comments (2) July 8th, 2012 in Reader's Gallery
Cherry slab bench with walnut bow tie inlays. I made this bench in a 3 week period specifically for a benefit auction to help with a friends medical bills. The majority of the work was done by hand, i did use a bandsaw and router at times to speed things along. The cherry is 3 1/2" thick. Finished with wipe on poly and wax. I'll update final auction price later....
