Sweepstake Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.  Sweepstake begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on June 9, 2012 and ends 11:59 ET on June 25, 2012. Sweepstake is open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years old, and to legal residents of Canada (except Quebec), who are at least 18 years old.  Sweepstake void where prohibited.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) winner. The prize is an All Access Pass to the Fine Woodworking Live event which includes a full conference attendee pass for one and a Saturday night banquet ticket for one.  The total value of the prize is $529.95 USD. If the winner has already purchased a pass to the event they will be refunded the amount they have already paid.

TAXES.  Except where prohibited, all federal, state, provincial, local or other tax liabilities, including but not limited to luxury, sales, use, income, VAT, GST, and PST tax, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  In the event of a Canadian winner, Sponsor will deduct any applicable withholding taxes imposed by the U.S. and applicable state governments from value of prize award and the prize award value will be adjusted accordingly.

NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is not used is forfeited. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

As a result of a degenerative muscle disease, I have started using hand tools to keep the strength in my hands from going south. It seems to help. It is because of the video series from ones like Garret Hack, Timothy Rousseau, and others that use hand tools that I don't think I can go back to power tools, besides the fact I can't hold on to them because of the vibration and power. So, that being said, I really appreciate the work that goes into each video series and would really like to meet those who give the classes. It would be an honor to see them live. Keep up the "Fine" work!
One day I will post the harps and violin that I have been working on!
