This is a jewelry/music box that has been custom designed and hand crafted for the daughter of a close friend.  The primary wood is walnut with accents of ebony, mahogany and lace wood.  The figures on the top of the lid are set on a Birdseye maple background and are hand carved from walnut and mahogany.
