In its final resting place!
Raw lumber - Sapele
Glued up the top, sides and bottom and installed the partitions.
Photo progress midway - secondary lumber is peruvian mahogany and the drawers are lined as well.

I used the article you published on Anatole Burkin's Sleek Console and made it out of Sapele with Peruvian Mahogany.  I paid for some shop time and got some great advice from other woodworkers but this was my first project EVER!

I have installed "the eye" so my cabinets don't need to be opened to work.
