Purple-heart and Quarter-sawn Sycamore Portable Bead Desk. Modular trays for tools and bead containers are QS Sycamore. Top locks onto the bottom tray using 4 morticed cigar box locks. Bottom tray is dovetailed. Brass pins reference the top and bottom for precise locking down. Finish is eight coats of Behlen Rock Hard Tabletop Varnish (sprayed) and then hand rubbed and waxed.
