No this is not the one from finewoodworking, this was from another plan.

Was my 1st frame and panel doors, the raised panel was done on the tablesaw. The rail and stiles are joined with full mortise and tennon.   The top door called for tempered glass, but I actually used plexiglass, and it has held up well over the past 10 years.

Finish is several coats of blond shellac and paste wax. Sorry, this is not the best picture, my camera is at work. I can see I could have matched my face frame's and my rail and stile grain pattern better.

GoBlu GoBlu writes: Nice work. I notice it is two cabinets, one on top of the other. I have some cherry, but too short for the long cupboard in this video series, so I'm thinking of doing two short cabinets and stacking them, like your picture shows. I found a similar pattern in a beginning woodworking book, but like the dovetail joints in the video series, plus the joinery, too.
