64"Lx17"Wx47"H [tabletop is 43"] Oak, Steel, Saguaro Cactus Skeleton. The cactus was obtained last winter when i was Artist-in-Residence at Date Creek Ranch in Arizona (permit on file). The oak top was not stained, but darkened through oxidation (using potassium dichromate), which is what happens to oak naturally (over MANY years). Finished with oil (Penofin Verde Rosewood oil) and wax. Can 'knock-down' for shipping. There is one of the subtle Fine Woodworking Jokes i include sometimes in that the top is Book Matched, not on the top but one edge...
