Building Small Cabinets by Doug Stowe
Taunton Press, 2011.
$24.95; 176 pp.

Doug Stowe has graciously offered to give away an autographed copy of his new book, Building Small Cabinets. Leave another comment for your chance to win.

Doug Stowe has been a frequent contributor to Fine Woodworking magazine and is known for his boxes. Now he has written Building Small Cabinets - a book with eight different projects ranging from a simple shaker pegboard cabinet to a Krenov-inspired cabinet on a stand. The book has detailed instructions and step-by-step photos to help beginner to intermediate woodworkers hone their skills and create functional and attractive cabinets. Detailed drawings are also included. Building Small Cabinets not only shows you how to make these eight great projects but also offers suggestions on how to customize the designs to make something uniquely yours.

Lucky KenHANGITALL is the 1st winner. His comment was chosen at random.

Lucky
Live4ever is the 2nd winner. His comment was chosen at random and he won the autographed copy of the book.

freeper7 freeper7 writes: On page 6 of Building Small Cabinets, the dimensions of the back call for 15/16" thickness. On page 14, we are told to resaw 4/4 stock to get boards 9/16" thick.

I wish I had read page 14 first!

Are there any other dimensional errors that have been reported? Does FWW have a site where such errors are recorded?
