This is my hand cut mitered dove-tail base.

This is my first real woodworking project!  The stands are made out of cherry, the drawer sides are poplar and the drawer runners are maple.  The base corners are hand cut mitered dove-tails that took me awhile to get down. It took me a few months to finish but it was well worth it.  My wife especially loves them and now I'm making a bed to go with them.
