The design for this piece was inspired by the cabinet-on-stand design popularized by James Krenov. Pigeonhole assemblies are usually part of larger furniture but this one has been elevated to the stature of furniture. I think it would make a great hall piece.

This cabinet is 58 something inches wide by 12 inches deep by 42 inches in height. It contains seven drawers with hand cut dovetails and French bottoms. The drawer fronts are “pillowed”. Eleven pigeonholes are included.

The cabinet is finished with General Finishes Enduro Pre-Cat Urethane, a very durable waterborne finish.
