The Violet Table
Dyed Ash & Purpleheart
28" tall x 13.5" square

Several months ago a few short planks of purpleheart followed me home from the lumberyard. I had no real plans for them at the time, but it’s difficult to walk by this dark violet wood without thinking of the possibilities. I assumed that at some point I might use it to make a lamp, but as it sat in the front of the lumber pile, I began thinking about a table. A little table I call Violet.
