The Original Rocking Horse was designed for my son with the idea of making a family heirloom piece that he would someday pass on to his own children.  As I always think I can improve on my designs, this is the second generation.  All carving was done by hand out of solid Honduran Mahogany.  The Horse itself measures 12"x 18" x 36" and sits with a saddle height of 20" above the floor.
