Router Table and Fence

Description:  Router table 32” x 24” mounted on a steel frame;

Two glued layers of 5/8” MDF table top, surfaced with plastic

laminate and a purchased router plate; table was supported

on poplar structural braces fastened to a steel frame as

mounted on wheels; standard T-tracks installed in grooves

for securing the fence, miter gauge  and tools.  Fence made

of poplar and plastic laminate with T-bolts,  knobs and

hardware, and accomodates a vacuum connection.Table

made to accommodate a Triton Router.

smackin10 smackin10 writes: Hi, that's a beauty! I'm just getting started as a woodworker. I've bought a lot of tools, including a router which I found out it kinda dangerous without a good table. No injuries...but I know I need to take the time to build a router table if I want any success in my projects.

If you don't mind, would you share your plans with me also. I'd be most appreciative!
