Solid cherry mission style dining table with a modern twist.  Table is illuminated by twinkling fiber-optics powered by a LED light generator.  When illumination is off the fiber-optics blend in with the grain and are impossible to see; however, when turned on, they immediately command attention.

Thank you for the comment. It took a bit of trial and error on a few test pieces, but I eventually found a method that held the fiber optics securely and maintained a smooth table surface.
