I do keep it pretty clean, it's cleaned at the completion of each project. The dust surprisingly does not go through the house, I do have a supply vent but no return to suck it into the system. The door between the shop and the rest of the house is a sealed exterior door. The set up on the miter box is a work in progress, it' seams to be the area where I get the bulk of my dust. Have any of you come up with a good solution for a miter box.

Again thanks for your input.

Bradleyman Bradleyman writes: I like you set up ! How much space? I noticed you have numerous shop vacs around your tools and you also have a portable dust collector ,how is this working for you and how did you decide what potable/shop vac size to use for which machine? Are they all hooked up to an automatic turn on switch when the machine is turned on? Also , I noticed an interesting sort of deflector design behind your miter saw, does that work well for you? And finally your shop being in your basement do you have trouble with the dust migrating to the rest of your house and is there forced air/return through your house furnace? I appreciate your time to answer all my questions, Thanks! If you would like you could e-mail me your response to bdmrob@sasktel.net .
Thank you for posting your well thought out shop.
