I made a dining table with 6 chairs. I was inspired by Matthew Teague with his elegant dining chair. From FWW I downloaded his plan and watched all the videos many many times. Those help me a lot. Doing angle joints were quit a challenge and I enjoyed it very much. I used sugar maple; the table top is near 7/8” thick. I have modified a little bit the design of the seat because I didn’t want to be uncomfortable with my legs touching  the front  rail. So the seat goes over the front posts and the upholstery is larger than the front and the side rails. I am very satisfied and very proud of the result. The finish is 7 coats of wiped-on polyurethane diluted to 25% and 10% (

(method well described in FWW # 171 by Sean Clarke).  Thanks to Matthew Teague.
